I graduated from Grainger High School in 2009 and then attended Walters State Community College were I graduated with my Associate of Science degree in General Studies. After graduating from WSCC, I moved on to Carson-Newman University where I graduated in May 2015 with my Bachelor of Arts degree in English (Literature), teaching certification. I completed my Master of Education degree at Western Governors University in 2020 in Learning and Technology.  I now teach English Language Arts to some of the most awesome seventh graders at Rutledge Middle School!


Some of my hobbies include photography, writing, and reading. During summer, I love boating and jet skiing on Cherokee Lake with my family.
